Dr. Stallivieri graduated in Foreign Languages from the University of Caxias do Sul, Brazil. She holds a masters degree in International Cooperation from the São Marcos University, São Paulo, Brazil, and a PhD in Modern Languages from the Universidad del Salvador (USal), Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a specialist in University Management from the Inter-American University Organization (IOHE) of Canada. She is a Santander W30 Scholar at the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in the United States and a Visiting Professor at the American Field Service (AFS) Intercultural Program, Chicago, United States. Served as Executive Secretary of the Presidency of the Association of Portuguese Language Universities (AULP). She was Executive Secretary of the Inter-American University Organization (IOHE) - Region Brazil. She was the Coordinator of the University Management and Leadership Institute - Centro IGLU - Brazil. She also served as a member of the CAPES Advisory Group on International Cooperation and a member of the Internationalization Commission of the Council of Rectors of Brazilian Universities (CRUB). She recently completed her post-doctoral internship in Internationalization and Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. She developed and coordinated more than a hundred international cooperation partnerships with higher education institutions all over the world when working as the Senior International Officer at the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS), Brazil. She was the President of the Brazilian Association of International Education (FAUBAI). She was also a member of the assessment committee for the PEC-G and PEC-PG Program at the Ministry of International Relations (MRE/Itamaraty) in Brazil. She is currently a Professor in the Postgraduate Program in University Administration at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where she teaches the subject Internationalization of Higher Education and International Cooperation Management. She is a researcher at the Institute of Studies and Research in University Administration (INPEAU) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Consultant at GlobalEd Colombia - Platform for the Internationalization of Higher Education in Colombia, sponsored by DAAD, Germany. She is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Center for Internationalization of Higher Education - Brazil-Australia (CIEBRAUS) and a member of the International Advisory Committee of the Association for Institutional Internationalization USMEXFUSION, based in Mexico, which supports higher education institutions in the internationalization of their campuses and in the formation of global citizens. She is an invited speaker to give lectures and webinars in more than thirty countries, including: United States, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, Colombia, China, among others. With over 20 years in international education, her specialties include the management of international cooperation and the internationalization of higher education based on the knowledge management approach. This work resulted in the development of a conceptual framework of basic paradigms of Responsible Internationalization. She is a reviewer for more than 20 national and international journals and a member of editorial boards. She worked as a higher education consultant for the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), for the Brazilian Association of Private Higher Education Sponsors (ABMES), for the U-Experience Consortium and for several universities, helping higher education institutions in their internationalization process. Nowadays, she is the co-founder of a consulting group named Internationalization Hub (IHub).
